Work of the architectural firm Estudio Saracura, the Joanopolis Residence is located in the city of the same name, in the state of Sao Paulo in Brazil. Designed to bring together family and friends, the project is made up of five zones, occupying an area of ​​25,000 m2. Surrounded by nature, the house preserves the essence of the region and the concept of the project, inviting residents and visitors to determine their own space.
